Founded in 2011, Duo Strategy was created with the goal of offering guaranteed marketing services to both B2B and B2C businesses. The branding goal was to create an identity system that can clearly transmit and demonstrate how the brand delivers on its promises. OWDT was approached to help Duo Strategy better appeal to Marketing Directors and Managers. A series of workshops with staff and key stakeholders were conducted to determine how the organization could tell a more compelling story and deliver on its strategic objectives.
Placing Duo Strategy’s foundational pillars of Exposure and Conversion under the spotlight became the heart of every decision. Consequently, an emphasis on the title duo was used to symbolize the organization’s commitment to its core values. The colors came from a logical choice: yellow for promoting creativity and increasing the brand’s eye-capturing properties and the combination of black and white to represent a clean and accommodating environment.
The identity system allows Duo Strategy to deliver its messages economically and efficiently. The elemental and straightforward identity system also served as a benchmark, providing employees an unmistakable way to evaluate their performance against the organization’s main pillars.
