Long Story Short
ICSDS was running a pay-per-click campaign for their previous website, but over the course of a month, they realized the ad campaign was not generating any leads. OWDT’s digital marketing strategists got involved and recognized many errors were embedded in the campaign’s structure that prevented the pay-per-click from being effective. After a closer look, we recognized the landing pages were not properly designed to create conversion. This encouraged OWDT to consider developing a new website that would be more suited to the search engine marketing strategy ICSDS was trying to execute.

Strategy
During this process, we noticed the company was suffering from ineffective brand messaging that stemmed from an absence of well-defined brand guidelines. To address this, we went back to drawing board and revisited the brand’s purpose, conducting research on the brand’s concepts and positioning, the core business, its market, target audience, and the company’s vision for the future. This opportunity allowed us to develop a brand mark in line with the organizational mission, supported by fully developed brand guidelines, a central message, and a distinct brand voice.
Product development
Going through this practice, it led our business analysts to realize new ways to present ICSDS’s products and services to generate subscription income while packaging them in a manner that improved customer understanding of the company’s offerings. With a well-defined brand guideline and a rejuvenation in the digital marketing strategy, OWDT developed a website that more clearly communicated ICSDS’s value proposition, increased its sales of products and services, and in the end served as a return on investment.
