Geophysical Pursuit
Backdrop
An established seismic data survey company in the oil & gas headquarters of the US, GPI was inclined to revamp its online presence to maintain its relevance and unique place within the industry. Resting as an informative site, there was a desire to bring more value to geophysicists and attract potential partnerships through a visual and functional site redesign and with a refashioning of its seismic survey listing.

Content Strategy
The content strategy was to portray GPI’s humble culture without understating its storied history and ability to take on projects of significant scale. As a relationship-focused organization, its approach was collaborative; a contrast to the unilateral efforts of other entities within the industry. Sharing insight into its organizational pillars and reaffirming its rich library, the content was developed to speak to GPI’s nimble ability to weave partnerships that yield successful relationships and results.
Visual & Functional
Rather than relying on an extensive survey list, OWDT created a searchable map containing their catalog of 2D and 3D, displaying the geographical reach of GPI’s data. To support the site’s library, a dynamic search plugin was created to enable admin management of 2D and 3D data through respective CSV files uploads for users to browse. Users also now had the option to use the search function to download and print dynamically generated PDF files. This created a client-manageable site that was resourceful to all stakeholders.
