What you will do?
Our SEO group is a highly collaborative team that partners with the design, development, content and social departments to define the right approach for our clients’ digital products. Our focus is broad, from developing long-term holistic digital strategies for our clients, to creating website monetization, social media, marketing or mobile strategies – and everything in between.
The SEO Director will help create comprehensive strategies based on our client’s goals and needs. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to OWDT’s search strategy knowledge base as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to large-scale campaigns.
Develop cohesive, compelling SEO strategies for our clients that guide the development & content processes
Communicate strategic visions to our clients
Collaborate closely with the Web Development, Content and Social Media teams to ensure SEO requirements are deeply integrated into all applications
We’d like to see:
5-10 years of experience in SEO/SEM
Ability to work in cross-functional teams in high pressure situations
Experience with technical audits
Intimate knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of various data sources and the ability to use the right research tool for each situation
Willingness to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges
Ability to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals
Experience of managing or working closely with various agency teams
