Being a large agency with many diverse clients, OWDT has worked in two primary modes of execution. Most often, OWDT acts as a full-service partner performing all tasks from discovery through delivery. In the second, OWDT acts as a strategic and creative partner, developing the strategy and designing user experience, look and feel, in cooperation with client’s marketing team then handing off assets to the client’s IT team or development partner for implementation.
In this project, OWDT performed website development based on the submitted artwork for about 70% of the project. We worked hard to ensure that the project delivers the expected results and that the highest priority goals always drive decisions. We focused on achieving internal buy-in from all stakeholders at the beginning of the process and then worked collaboratively with client’s internal team throughout the redesign to ensure full support of the final product.
We approach any client engagement with a strong measurement plan that’s built with the end result in mind. We establish metrics that reflect important business outcomes. We design measurement plans around the stakeholder behaviors a company seeks that reflect or contribute to business performance goals. Let’s take a look at some numbers together.
